Sandra Garratt has been working as an independent designer since 1980, and is dedicated to following sustainable manufacturing practices, including using primarily organic cotton knits and other natural luxe fibers. Garratt is also committed to producing her garments in the United States, including her innovative SGDBOX collections, a modular dressing system that can be “layered and draped endlessly” for work, play and dressing up. Garratt’s designs have been featured in museums like the Museum of Modern Art, and her work is also included in the 2015 book “The History of Modern Fashion.”
