Suwanee, Georgia: ARRIS Cable products, including optical transmission, RF equipment, wideband data systems, and customer premise equipment, are now eligible to receive "Buy American" stimulus funding given to the USDA to create infrastructure that would ensure every rural community in the U.S. have access to the internet.
Among the Rural Utility Service (RUS)-approved products made by ARRIS are:

- Other CHP Transmitters and Receivers
- Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifiers, optical passives couplers and splitters
- Opti Max™ strand mount and cabinet-styIe nodes
- Flex Max™ Line extenders, Bridgers, and Trunk Amplifiers
- ARRIS line of Regal® Multi- Taps, Line Passives, and Line Splitters
- RF Communications Drop and Bypass Amplifiers
- Digicon® Drop Connectors, Compression Tools and Installation Accessories
