AAM Executive Director Scott Paul Asks for A Green Manufacturing Base

Today, the Huffington Post published a piece by AAM Executive Director Scott Paul that, in honor of Earth Day, urges the Obama Administration to "take strong steps" to ensure that America leads the way in clean energy manufacturing.
Paul emphasizes the need for Congress to support Buy America domestic content requirements, increase access to capital for plant re-tooling, and support 48c manufacturing tax credits for clean energy equipment, among other critical actions that will secure America's place in the global economy of the future.
