China's in a sticky situation. Literally. Last week, Hung Ta Fan, the president of California-based honey import company Blue Action Enterprise, Inc., was arrested at LAX for "allegedly conspiring to illegally import honey that was deliberately mislabeled to avoid U.S. anti-dumping duties."
