China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001. The U.S. trade deficit with China has jumped up by $200 billion since then, costing roughly 2.4 million U.S. jobs according to a study by Rob Scott at the Economic Policy Institute (EPI).
Scott was interviewed recently by Canada's Business News Network (BNN). He discussed unfair trade with China and the U.S. jobs lost as a result. Click here to watch the full interview.
