What's the state of the steel industry in the U.S.?

Steel industry leaders met in Washington yesterday to talk about the current state of the steel industry at a Congressional Steel Caucus hearing. The consensus: the trade imbalance between the United States and other countries needs to be fixed in order to improve the state of domestic manufacturing. United Steelworkers Vice President Tom Conway was among those who spoke. Click here to read his testimony at the hearing.
