The President’s State of the Union address is scheduled for next Wednesday.  The high jobless rate and a stagnant economic recovery are expected to be a focus. Massachusetts voters go to the polls today in the special election to fill the Senate seat long held by the late Ted Kennedy.  Meanwhile, healthcare reform hangs in the balance.
