USW President Leo Gerard is hopping mad at the "white shoe firms" that "froze credit nationwide, and threw the rest of us into the Great Recession."
Gerard unleashes on them in a new blog piece, Wiping Blood Off White Buck Shoes.
Gerard is also a speaker at next week's 'Building the New Economy' conference in Washington. Sponsored by AAM and the Institute for America's Future, the event will sound the call for a new economy that can create jobs to build a 21st-century infrastructure, usher in a clean energy future, and position America to thrive in a global marketplace.
