Economix blog asks "how much will cap and trade system cost for the taxpayers?"  And the answer is: "Nobody knows."  Estimates range between $300 per family per year, to $3,000 per person.  That's quite a spread. And, the existing home sales nation-wide picked up a bit in April, by 2.9% to be exact.  But, about 45% of all existing home sales in April were foreclosures and short sales.
