The Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke is due to testify before Congressional Joint Economic Committee on Tuesday. Expect another high-voltage hearing, as questions about the Fed's aggressive lending programs are being raised by members of Congress.
Stocks were on the move in Europe and Asia, as the news that China's manufacturing sector started to expand again for the first time in nine months. U.S stocks shot upward shortly after the exchages opened this morning. Stay tuned.
