Analysts are beginning to lower their estimates of U.S. growth for the year. Are we in for a double dip? Sales of existing homes dropped to a 15-year low in July. What, if anything, can Congress do to boost the economy between now and November? The CBO estimates that the stimulus added 3.3 million jobs to the economy in the second quarter. Alan Tonelson says we need to get tough on China. ##
