Sweatshop workers looking really, really happy...

Foxconn, a Chinese factory that manufactures iPhones, as well as devices for Dell, HP and Nokia, is trying to repair its image as a brutal employer that drives its workers to suicide. And just how is the company rectifying its image? By installing nets to catch employees who might try to jump to their deaths.
Foxconn has also organized rallies to boost morale among employees. In addition to promising to abide by government laws and the company’s regulations, workers took part in a "Treasure Your Life" rally inside a stadium at a Foxconn plant in the southern Chinese township of Longhau in Guangdong province August 18, 2010.
Regarding that rally, take a look at the picture above. These workers look really happy, don't they?
Bottom line: Net installation is not what these employees need. How about decent wages and housing?
