Kansas City, Missouri: Harley-Davidson Inc. is cutting 85 jobs in Kansas City, part of an overall layoff of 300 to 400 production jobs.
Lincoln, Nebraska: Meadow Gold Dairy Plant, a 100-year-old company that packages milk and ships it out to various distribution sites around the nation, is closing its doors. 60 employees will lose their jobs.
Lexington, Tennesse: Leroy-Somer, a division of Emerson that manufactures industrial generators, is laying off 200 workers.
