After the Alliance for American Manufacturing's town hall meeting in Baltimore, Maryland State Sens. Norman Stone and Kathy Klausmeier wrote a letter to Gov. Martin O'Malley expressing the urgency of reviving manufacturing in Maryland and in the United States as a whole.
