Will the new Tappan Zee Bridge in New York State be Made in America?

Last fall, President Obama called for a renewed effort to repair America's aging infrastructure, including New York State's Hudson River crossing, the Tappan Zee Bridge.
As Bloomberg News is reporting, the Tappan Zee Bridge project is moving forward, at a projected cost of $5.2 billion.
A good question is whether reliable, American-made components will be used in the bridge's construction.
Sourcing infrastructure from American contractors is a win-win for America's taxpayers and manufacturers. Read more about Buy America preferences.
