What is Still Made in Baltimore?

Posted by jeckert on 01/04/2011

The Baltimore Sun just published an article on the manufacturers, big and small, who still choose to keep production in a once-booming industrial American city.

From big companies like Under Armour Inc., to small manufacturers of horseradish and other condiments, Baltimore is home to a surprising number of all-American manufacturers.

View a photo gallery of some of the city's smaller manufacturers.

I saw socks that claimed to

I saw socks that claimed to be made in the US, but I've heard of companies making items on island that the US owns that are in Asia. I dont know if under armour is doing that, but if so thats to bad.

Under Armour ...

I have yet to find anything MADE in the USA from Under Armour. Are you counting workers packing boxes full of items made abroad as manufactured in the USA?????

Under Armour?

What products is UnderArmour producing in the USA? Last I checked their shirts were made in Dominican Republic and their sneakers in a country I never even heard of.
