What Congress Has Done for Manufacturing in 2010

AOL News shows what the U.S. Manufacturing Enhancement Act has done for jobs and manufacturers in America in light of a tumultuous year full of more lows than highs.
However, we believe that Congress still has a long way to go on manufacturing.
