The Week in Review: A lousy jobs report, an American-made 4th of July, and more.

This week's jobs report was absolutely abysmal: The nation’s jobless rate rose to 9.2% in and employment rose by only 18,000. Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM) Executive Director Scott Paul urged Congress to start focusing on what Americans care about most: jobs.
On Independence Day, Scott Paul reminded Americans to celebrate America by buying American.
President Obama hosted a Twitter @townhall. The most tweeted topic? Jobs. (No surprise there.)
Members of Congress continued to push for a stronger manufacturing sector.
