U.S. Solar Panel Manufacturers Press Their Case

The Associated Press reports that a federal trade panel has voted to investigate whether Chinese companies are harming the U.S. solar panel industry by dumping low-price products on global markets.
Several U.S. companies are seeking recourse on subsidized Chinese solar imports, and a unanimous vote by the International Trade Commission (ITC) means the case will continue.
