Romney makes powerful statement on China in VFW speech

Posted by scapozzola on 07/25/2012

In a speech yesterday to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Reno, Nevada, GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney gave a forceful speech in which he promised tough action on China's violations of world trade:

We face another continuing challenge in a rising China. China is attentive to the interests of its government – but it too often disregards the rights of its people. It is selective in the freedoms it allows; and, as with its one-child policy, it can be ruthless in crushing the freedoms it denies. In conducting trade with America, it permits flagrant patent and copyright violations … forestalls American businesses from competing in its market … and manipulates its currency to obtain unfair advantage. It is in our mutual interest for China to be a partner for a stable and secure world, and we welcome its participation in trade. But the cheating must finally be brought to a stop. President Obama hasn’t done it and won’t do it. I will.

lol that's cute you think bush is the one who dug the hole lol

So bill Clinton committing treason has nothing to do with the state of this country then? U may want to check into your facts bill Clinton signing NAFTA effectively put the world into a recession. It also marked the death of the united states as a super power because he wanted to SHARE THE WEALTH with the world. The problem is the world relies on the wealth of the united states and Ross Perot stood there on national TV and said this would happen and until its stopped China rises.our president if you call him that begged forgiveness from a Mexican president gimme a break their biggest export its illegal immigrants...

Romney and China

Does Romney know Bush cut taxes twice and started two wars? And then we borrowed from China to pay for the wars? Now big man on campus Romney is going to be tough with China?
