US Manufacturing Jobs

Not only have we failed keeping good manufacturing jobs in America but also failed in educating the next generation. Most engineers will come from China and India. While we argue over dept ceiling the rest of the world is steadily educating their next generation. Bringing back manufacturing without the proper intellectual resources will be difficult at best.
