Next Week: Conference on the Renaissance of American Manufacturing

Next Tuesday, September 28, 2010, a number of trade and manufacturnig groups will hold a Conference on the Renaissance of American Manufacturing at the The National Press Club.  The event will run from 8 am to 5 pm. Panel topics include: •Economic Policy and Manufacturing Policy: What do we have to change to win the policy debate on manufacturing? •Structural Changes Needed in the United States: What do we have to change to bring back manufacturing? •Trade Laws and Trade Agreements: How do we make these effective for the manufacturing sector? •Rebuilding Manufacturing: What can and should Congress do?
