A new treasury secretary brings a chance for a new trading relationship with China

U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew is in Beijing today for meetings with Chinese leaders. The topic of their discussions? All things economics and trade.

Lots of nice things about "building a relationship of growing strength" were said in front of the cameras when Lew met with President Xi Jinping. But it's what happens behind closed doors that really matters. 

Will Lew stand up for American businesses and American workers? As of this writing, that remains to be seen.
