The Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM) held a teleconference this afternoon to present some surprising findings from a new new national poll released today.
The teleconference provided some insights into voters' attitudes toward outsourcing and job creation:
- Why voters consider U.S. manufacturing “the irreplaceable core of a strong economy”
- What aggressive actions they favor to eliminate outsourcing and to restore America’s economic leadership globally.
- Why the presidential candidates and leaders in Washington would be well-advised to press for tougher action on China, strengthened Buy America laws, and a revitalized U.S. manufacturing sector.
