It's not just presidential candidates talking about China

Democratic Congresswoman Kathy Hochul (D-NY) has been in office for just over a year, having filled the seat left vacant after Republican Chris Lee retired. While she hasn't served a full term, Hochul is already in a heated reelection race. Hochul's campaign ad shows how dealing with China is not just an issue in the presidential campaigns, but is becoming increasingly noteworthy in congressional campaigns.
