India, China Pulling Ahead in Global Clean Energy Race

Yesterday, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu said that the U.S. is in danger of falling behind in the global clean energy race. With countries like India and China pumping massive amounts of government resources into their clean energy sectors, the U.S. government and Obama administration will face some difficult yet critical decisions on how they will move forward to maintain a hold on an emerging sector that could propel the economies of India and China ahead of the United States.
