Manufacture This

The blog of the Alliance for American Manufacturing

There are a lot of entrepreneurs in America.  They have ideas for new consumer products, and they want to manufacture them in the U.S.  Unfortunately, they can't always find a factory in the U.S.

However, options exist.  A good resource is www.mfg.com online, which provides lists of U.S.-based manufacturers and suppliers.

Another option is the Manufacturing Extension Partnership.

Additionally, both buyers and suppliers can link up with each other via Fabricating.com.

Hopefully that helps in the effort to "Keep it Made in America."
