The Commerce Department takes action on subsidized wind turbine towers from China

The U.S. Commerce Department has imposed preliminary duties on steel towers from China used in wind turbines.
A Commerce Department investigation found that Chinese manufacturers have received government subsidies ranging from 13.74% to 26% of the cost of production.
