China's repression stiffles its soft power

While China may be putting forth a PR Campaign to appear more open to the west, it's important to keep in mind that Beijing still suppresses human rights and stifles all forms of dissent. As Joseph Nye reports, this is starting to curtail the reach of China’s “soft power” around the globe.
